PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day provided the purchase is completed by 3:00 pm Monday - Friday (excl. Statutory Holidays). If we are experiencing a high order volume, shipments may be delayed in which case we will contact you via email or telephone.


RATES & DELIVERY TIME

Parts Zone ships via STD ground service. Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Multiple ordered items are combined in order to save on shipping cost.


ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Parts Zone is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

Parts Zone is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your package is lost, arrives damaged or is missing contents contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items to support your claim. It is recommended that packages to be opened and contents be inspected at the point of delivery so that courier damage is documented promptly.
