At Parts Zone, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you need to return a part,

  • Please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  • Carefully place the return part in its original box, then secure it inside a suitable shipping container to ensure it is adequately protected during transit.
  • Securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the container, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the label.
  • Send your return to Parts Zone.

OVERVIEW

You may request to return a part/component within 7 days of receiving if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • It has not been used, installed, or disassembled.
  • All components, hardware, and instructions are included and intact.

For eligible returns, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee, as well as any shipping and return fees. If the return is due to our error or involves defective parts, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

All returned items will be inspected and tested by our quality control team; we reserve the right to deny credit at our discretion. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process returns from the date we receive the return.


CLAIMS

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact the courier to file a claim. Be sure to take photos of the damaged packaging and any affected items to support your claim. We recommend inspecting packages and their contents at the time of delivery to promptly document any damage caused by the courier.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note that all orders are processed electronically and shipped to our warehouse immediately upon confirmation. If your order was placed more than 4 hours ago, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

Exclusions & Limitations

1) Obsolete items and special orders are non-returnable. 2) Parts Zone does not cover failures resulting from abuse, misuse, improper installation, or modifications. 3) Parts Zone is not responsible for installation, removal, or any expenses beyond the original purchase price of the item.
