Parts Zone guarantees total satisfaction. If you need to return a part,

  • Call our Customer Service Team at 905-867-3844 and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Package the part in a mailing box/container & write the RA# on the return label. Do not write or mark on the part’s original packaging.
  • Send the part to Parts Zone.


Within 7 days upon order receipt, you may request to return part(s) that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
  • Do not have missing component(s), hardware or instructions

We will issue a refund for returned part(s) that meets the above requirements, less 20% restocking fee and the shipping & return cost(s). If the return is due to our error or involves defective part(s), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All returned parts will be inspected/ tested by our QC team and at our discretion credit may be refused. Returns possessing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return item is received.


If your package is lost, arrives damaged or is missing contents contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items to support your claim. It is recommended that packages to be opened and contents be inspected at the point of delivery so that courier damage is documented promptly.


Please note, all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to our warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. If your order was placed more than 4 hours ago it can no longer be cancelled. You may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

Exclusions & Limitations

1) Obsolete and special-order items cannot be returned at any time. 2) Parts Zone does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation or modifications. 3) Parts Zone is not liable for cost of installation, removal or any other expenses beyond the original purchase price of the item.
