Parts Zone guarantees total satisfaction. If you need to return a part,
- Call or email our Customer Service team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Place the return part, in its original box, inside an appropriate shipping container; make sure the part is adequately protected.
- Affix the shipping label securely to the outside of the container. The RMA number must be listed on the label.
- Ship your return to Parts Zone.
OVERVIEW
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request to return part(s) that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
- Do not have missing component(s), hardware or instructions
For returned parts that meet the above requirements, a refund will be issued, less 15% restocking fee and less shipping & return fees. If the return is due to our error or involves defective parts, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
All returned parts are inspected/tested by our quality control team and credit may be refused at our discretion. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
CLAIMS
If your package is lost, arrives damaged or is missing contents, please contact the courier to file a claim. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items to support your claim. It is recommended that packages to be opened and the contents be inspected at the point of delivery so that damage caused by the courier is promptly documented.
ORDER CANCELATION
Please note that all orders are processed electronically and shipped to our warehouse immediately upon order confirmation. If your order was placed more than 4 hours ago, it can no longer be cancelled. You may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.
