PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day, provided the purchase is completed by 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed, and we will notify you via email or phone.
RATES & DELIVERY TIME
Parts Zone ships using standard ground service, with express delivery available for an additional fee. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and we combine multiple items to help reduce costs.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Parts Zone is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
Parts Zone is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or has missing contents, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. We recommend photographing the damaged packaging and items to support your claim. To ensure a smooth process, inspect your package and its contents upon delivery and promptly document any damage related to the courier.
