1What is the difference between OEM and Aftermarket parts?
OEM part is manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Aftermarket part is manufactured to appear and function just like the OEM part, but is made by a company competing with the OEM.
2Why payment is made at the checkout?
Parts ordering is on a first come first served basis. It is recommended that you make payment within 15 minutes of checkout.
3When will you ship my order?
Orders made after 2:00 pm (Eastern Time - Canada) will be processed on the following day; weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
4When will I receive my shipment Tracking #?
You will receive the tracking number via email after one business day.
